Unsolved Mystery Online

You're standing in the parking lot of the mall when suddenly you hear a loud scream. You see a young woman being pulled into a car. The car speeds away with screeching tires. You remain shocked and frozen in place. Not much later, a car with a young man pulls up. He stops by the woman's car and bag, who had just been taken. You see his shocked face and walk towards him. The man calls you and two other bystanders over. He introduces himself as Marc and asks for your help. Of course you say yes, but whether you would have done so if you knew what kind of mystery you were about to get involved in is another question.
