As a reporter for a regional newspaper, you research Berend’s impressive life. You have already found a lot of information in old newspapers and documents. Now that he is on his deathbed, you have managed to talk to him about his memories of this dark period. During the conversation, he talks about one big secret that he has kept to himself all these years. Before the war, Berend hid something in a safe, so that the occupiers could not take it from him.
